“Revenge... is like a rolling stone, which, when a man hath forced up a hill, will return upon him with a greater violence, and break those bones whose sinews gave it motion.” — Jeremy Taylor
Cassidy, the vengeful Golden Freddy from Five Nights at Freddy’s.
Sarah Henderson, the tortured soul inhabiting the Needlem0use.
Death is commonplace in the cycle of life. All living things will eventually meet their end someday, but sometimes one’s life meets its end prematurely. What if your life ended in a way it wasn’t supposed to? If your life was ended by the hands of another who got to walk free while you were left to rot, would that make you angry?
You might end up with the burning rage of these two spooky vengeful spirits. Who is the angriest dead person of them all? Will Cassidy showcase why they are the one that should not have been killed, or will Sarah add one more plaything to her personal hell? We’ll find out today on Valve’s Versus!
Before We Begin
Unfortunately, we’re talking about Five Nights at Freddy’s, so obviously there is a mess of continuity we need to discuss before going any further.
Since Golden Freddy’s involvement in Ultimate Custom Night gets directly contradicted by Fazbear Frights where the Vengeful Spirit is Andrew, we will have to take canon seriously for this blog to accurately make a connection between Cassidy and Sarah. As such, for Cassidy’s side we will mostly be considering the following:
Five Nights at Freddy’s
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
Five Nights at Freddy’s 3
Five Nights at Freddy’s 4
FNaF World (Mostly for the lore)
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location
Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator/FNaF 6
Ultimate Custom Night
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted
Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach - Ruin
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic
Five Nights at Freddy’s: VIP
Five Nights at Freddy's: The Week Before
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Escape the Pizzaplex
These aren’t the only forms of media taken into consideration however, because other continuities have been directly stated to be “expansions” of lore to the games, and will have to be talked about despite not being in the same timeline. These include:
Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Silver Eyes
Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones
Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Fourth Closet
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Fazbear Frights Series
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Tales of a Pizzaplex Series
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit (Game)
Five Nights at Freddy’s (The Movie)
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Return to the Pit
To note, the only real canon thing in this list is Security Breach, which is mostly because of the context surrounding the story of that game. More specifically, Scott has stated that the story of Security Breach wasn’t what Scott had originally intended due to lack of communication between himself and Steel Wool, which is why the Security Breach story felt kind of… odd… Scott directly calls out the inclusion of Burntrap as an example, and how he was much more than he was supposed to be. While Security Breach hasn’t been booted out of canon or anything, it’s a game that wasn’t consistent with Scott’s vision of the story, and thus would be a secondary source to lore.
In comparison, Sarah’s continuity is ironically much simpler. We will be taking into account the original YouTube series by ShutUpJojo, alongside official information about Sarah and the Needlem0use series on Jojo’s twitter or any other form of social media. Non-canon material such as HoodRats! and Friday Night Funkin’ Vs Sonic.EXE will be excluded, as they are not a part of the canon for the original series we’re looking into. We’ll also be taking into account the classic era of the Sonic games across the Sega Genesis, though it will be discussed more in length later in the blog for what that means exactly.
Background
Golden Freddy
It’s ME
During 1983, one of the most successful pizzerias in New Harmony, Utah, Fredbear's Family Diner had two major mascots: Fredbear and Spring Bonnie. As suggested by the name, Fredbear was the primary animatronic who is a “springlock” suit, designed to be worn as a suit but also used as an actual animatronic as the other suits. There was nothing wrong with Fredbear until one day, where Michael Afton and his other 3 friends forced Michael’s little brother into the mouth of Fredbear, which unfortunately backfired as Fredbear crunched down, crushing the skull of the Crying Child.
Crying Child dies a day later, and as suggested by The Week Before, haunts and possesses the Fredbear suit through his agony. Around this time, Fredbears had closed, likely due to the accident involving Fredbear. Shortly after, the old Fredbear owners open up Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria keeping Fredbear and Spring Bonnie as usable animatronics until multiple springlock failures had occurred and they had to retire the springlock suits.
This is not where the story ends for this character however, as in 1985 William Afton had used the aforementioned Spring Bonnie suit to lure 5 kids into a backroom and murder them, stuffing them inside 5 different suits, the last suit being the Fredbear suit. While the other 4 required Charlie to give them life, the last one had already been possessed without outside help, and is now the fabled Yellow Bear; Golden Freddy.
Skipping all the way around to 1989? 1992? 1999? 2000? Probably 1993, Golden Freddy and the other animatronics that had fallen victim to William had been haunting each location, attempting to kill any night guard who attempts to prevent the pizzerias and this year held the last Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria before Fazbear Entertainment had given up on it. Shortly after the last Freddy's location had closed, William had gone back to the restaurant and lured the animatronics to the same place with the same tricks, overpowering them and taking their remnant to inject inside of his Funtime Animatronics.
The day after he had gotten Foxy, the last one he got before he was going to collect Golden Freddy’s, Golden Freddy’s spirit Cassidy and the other 4 had cornered Afton in that same room that he had lured them to twice and scared him enough to force him into the Spring Bonnie suit, where he had experienced a springlock failure and was stuck inside the backroom. While the other 4 spirits had faded away, trapped within the Funtimes, Cassidy had latched onto Afton, waiting for the right time to strike and make him suffer.
And that time came! 30 years after Afton had lured the 5 as children in the backroom when Co-Founder of Fazbear Entertainment Henry Emily had lured all of the remaining spirits affected by Afton’s actions, direct or not, and made an attempt to let all of them be freed, wishing for the souls to experience true warmth for the first time since their death, all but one, who Henry had wished got sent to the darkest pit of hell. Cassidy had other plans however, as she had prevented Afton from moving on and forced him in an eternal nightmare where he was poised as a Night Guard, fending off against his sins in the most literal way possible, tortured under the wrath of The One You Should Not Have Killed.
How Cassidy's story ends depends on the interpretations of most people. She could’ve been the Golden Freddy kid seen in Happiest Day alongside the other MCI and Charlie, happily fading away with them after having enough of Afton, or her story could end in Help Wanted 2 as the Princess if she isn’t actually the Golden Freddy kid, or Afton could be getting tortured by Cassidy even in the modern day. Regardless, it’s safe to say that Cassidy is in a place where she is most comfortable. A vengeful soul… finding some semblance of peace, even after decades of suffering.
Needlem0use
I remember that night. That night was unlike any other... It was to die for.
Many decades ago, in the distant year of 1963, life was simple for a young Sarah Henderson. Sarah was a college student in her 20’s with a thriving social life, having three very close friends and a girl named Lilly; her girlfriend. Of course, the times were not very accepting on such a relationship, but Sarah and Lilly were able to make it work.
Of her friends, dubbed “The Fun Gang”, she was most close with a man named Luther Artwright. They had a close, almost sibling-like bond. Luther promised Sarah with an oath that he’d vow to stand by, “we’ll be there for eachother, always.” Life was going swell…
…Until it all fell apart. One fateful night, during a drunken argument between Sarah and her friends, tragedy struck. Sarah was struck on the head by Luther, and died because of blunt force trauma. Horrified by what had happened, the Fun Gang hid her body in a nearby lake and declared that they would take this secret to the grave. They all moved on, suppressing the guilt and going on with their lives.
But… that wasn’t fair. Sarah’s spirit lived on, stuck in a void of pure darkness where she witnessed her death on repeat over and over again. Her anguish, loneliness, and rage grew, birthing a new entity; Atem. Eventually, the game company SEGA built one of their office buildings atop of the lake where Sarah had been left to rot. The vengeful spirit possessed one of the prototypes for their game series, Sonic the Hedgehog, and swore to hunt down her friends one-by-one.
It didn’t take long before Sarah caught each of her friends. Michael, Martin, and the one who dealt the final blow - Luther. She murdered all of them and tortured them in her new personal hell for 15 years.
By 2008, two kids were brought into the equation. Luther’s son, Thomas, and the adopted son of Sarah herself, Kyle. Sarah’s twisted sense of justice fell apart as she killed Kyle, an unrelated kid to the murders, in cold blood. After experiencing rebellion from not only Kyle, but Luther, she reached her breaking point. All of her friends had moved on, and she was left alone with the guilt of murdering her own son.
However, this didn’t have to be the end of her story. Kyle, even after getting his life taken away by Sarah, stayed with her until the bitter end. Sarah had finally realized that her crusade had caused so much unnecessary suffering for not only her victims, but herself. She finally found peace, and walked the doorway to heaven alongside her son. She cried, but her tears were not of sorrow. She was… finally happy. She was at peace, and decades of torment had finally been put to rest.
Experience
Golden Freddy
Golden Freddy’s experience is a very weird topic to cover due to FNaF timeline shenanigans. It’s unclear just how many years Cassidy (or Andrew) has possessed the suit. However, regardless of the amount of years or decades that the suit has been possessed, we know for sure that Cassidy only really started doing stuff of notability after Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator.
After the events of that game, she created Ultimate Custom Night. Furthermore, she went after the remnants of William’s legacy and even learned to use a sword in Princess Quest. Princess Quest in itself is the best showing of Cassidy participating in actual combat. But, we can infer that they have at least used a bit of their abilities since 1987. It’s just that they only used them to their fullest by Ultimate Custom Night.
In Fazbear’s Frights, Andrew has more showings of direct combat experience and using his powers. He straight up throws hands with Jake, actively messes with the nurses trying to save Afton, and was fairly active as the Stitchwraith for a time.
Needlem0use
Sarah has been using her soul abilities for at bare minimum; 15 years. While she has been dead for over 30 years (45 by the end of the series), it’s implied that she never actually used her powers until 1993. For 30 years after her death, she was stuck in a black void of isolation watching her demise on repeat over-and-over again. It was only until the awakening of Atem where her abilities appeared.
Despite having only been using her powers to torture her former friends for 15 years, she is still capable in a fight. Sarah knows how to throw hands and uses her abilities to the fullest in combat. She is fully aware of Sonic’s moveset and knows how to use it, despite having no knowledge of the hedgehog himself.
Abilities
Golden Freddy
Remnant
When someone gets into the series, they’ll instantly understand that the series all started with five children being sent into a backroom by someone wearing a yellow robot suit, and killed by that same man. After this they possess the core animatronics and then there’s a lot more possession, but one must ask how do the spirits possess the animatronics? Is it done through some force explained inverse, or do they just possess them with no explained context? Well, there actually is some context!
Let us introduce you to William Afton’s pride and joy, the thing that he’s dedicated his life to researching in order to gain true immortality; Remnant! Remnant is what allows spirits to latch onto and merge onto inanimate objects, primarily metal. This also allows spirits to remain after death, allowing them to use supernatural abilities while within the corpse. Remnant is inherently weak to fire, however it is shown that souls will still persist even through extensive burning via Agony. Springtrap outright survived Fazbear's Frights burning down. It is shown that Remnant can revive rotting corpses and even allow the user to regenerate. For some examples, Michael got his chest scooped out but Remnant allowed it to heal, and William regained his heartbeat in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator despite lacking it in Five Nights at Freddy’s 3.
Agony
Agony is the second power source that dead people use in Five Nights at Freddy’s. It is similar to Remnant yet very different at the same time. Agony isn’t a supernatural force that gives souls life, instead it's an overwhelming emotional power that causes the negativity of tragedies and people to infect the world around them, giving inanimate objects sentience. Given the word agony literally means “extreme physical or mental suffering”, everything affected by Agony will have all of its worst attributes supercharged. It’s been shown that Agony entities such as Eleanor, the Stitchwraith, and Fetch, are all inherently aggressive and dangerous beings.
Agony allows the user to do a multitude of things. Agony users are capable of trapping people in a sort of alternate reality where they experience their worst memories on repeat. Via this, they can incapacitate their victims completely. They can forcefully inflict constant pain on their victims and prevent them from dying. Those who are consumed by Agony can refuse to move onto the afterlife and persist after death, and they can even prevent others from moving on as well. This is what both Cassidy and Andrew do to William Afton in Ultimate Custom Night and Fazbear’s Frights respectively. Agony is also capable of creating entire pocket realms built off of memories, based around items like ball pits.
Possession
In the Fourth Closet, Afton states that “the spirit follows the flesh”. More specifically, when a person dies and their spirit is separated from their body, the Remnant allows them to bind onto the object that they might’ve died in, or more specifically towards. Examples are Elizabeth and Charlie, with Elizabeth dying after being scooped into Circus Baby and Charlie dying as the Puppet hugs onto her, to which they possess said animatronics while changing parts of them (Baby having green eyes and Puppet having tears over her face). The missing children incident victims are exceptions to this, as while they were already stuffed into the suits by Afton, they hadn’t actually possessed the suits until the Puppet gave them life.
Cassidy herself was the exception to the exception as shown in the Give Gifts Give Live minigame from FNaF 2, where Golden Freddy moves before the Puppet gets to it. However, certain spirits can attach their spirits onto others, shown with Andrew latching his soul onto Afton’s, forcing him into the world despite the fact that he should’ve moved on. Cassidy is the game version of this (See Before the Verdict), latching onto William during the Follow Me minigame shown in FNaF 3, and staying along for the ride during the Fazbear Frights and FFPS fires as suggested by Orville spoken by Cassidy. It is shown that Agony users can attach themselves to other entities and overpower them completely.
Additionally, Agony users are able to spread their agony across multiple inanimate objects after the object they’re in are destroyed, infecting them and possessing them with their agony. This is what Andrew does after exploding Afton’s body and leaving it, but being separated by your object can allow you to possess other spirits too. This is shown through Andrew and Cassidy latching onto Afton’s.
Hallucinations
It’s heavily suggested that the random imagery throughout the game is done through Golden Freddy, especially when you go into cam 2B with his face on the poster that usually shows Freddy and just… suddenly popping up into the office and killing Mike. This ability was expanded upon in “The Week Before”, where Golden Freddy causes Ralph to see “IT’S ME” text written inside of a dirty bathroom stall door. Golden Freddy assaults Ralph with hallucinations, forcing him to see, hear and feel the words “IT’S ME”, which gives him excruciating pain and a nosebleed. In the same scene, Cassidy forces Ralph to hear “IT’S ME” over and over again in his head by a voice of a woman, knocking him out completely. Earlier in that book, the animatronics made Ralph hear a child’s laughter behind him. Hallucinations caused Ralph to lose his sanity and not even register that he was being dragged backstage to die, laughing manically.
And if you really wanted to extend their agony abilities, characters like Springtrap could force hallucinations that were utilized from memories that he caused Hudson to re-experience by either doing the action himself, or forcing Hudson to do actions that he believed the person in the original memory had done. In a previous memory, a multitude of bullies had given him a swirly, but now it was Hudson giving it to himself. Lewis had broken Hudson’s arm and thrown him, but now it was Springtrap committing these actions. These memories eventually overwhelmed him from the inside and outside, barely allowing him to move. After all of this, Hudson ended up being tricked into burning himself in an oven, and Andrew was capable of creating illusions of himself to trick and mess with the nurses trying to kill Afton.
Last but not least, Cassidy within Ultimate Custom Night was capable of recreating the Phantom Animatronics who don’t kill Afton, but more specifically jumpscare him and cause him to start breathing loudly with his vision going in and out. Michael had this effect as well in Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 despite no longer having organs or a skeleton at that point, although that wasn’t Cassidy’s doing.
Soul Manipulation
While it would be pretty self explanatory that souls can most likely interact with other souls, some of Cassidy’s abilities extend beyond just simple interaction. As mentioned above, spirits are capable of latching onto others, which in Andrew/Cassidy’s case allowed them to keep Afton’s soul in the mortal realm despite the fact he was supposed to pass on after the fire. In the case of Andrew however, Afton was capable of tormenting him back and Jake was capable of throwing hands with Andrew despite them literally being spirits.
Spirits in FNaF can move onto the afterlife if they so chose. They’re capable of straight up separating their souls from the objects they’re attached to. If they’re able to find peace, they can ascend to the afterlife, however they can also deny that ascension and remain as angry souls. Cassidy wasn’t able to rest their own soul, and as such denied their Happiest Day and still remains twitching in a void of their own making; torturing William Afton for eternity.
But after the FFPS fire, Cassidy had forced Afton’s soul into a neverending nightmare where he was forced to fend for his life, and then die over and over again to where you can hear his screams in certain places within the purgatory. It’s also suggested by many voicelines that Afton is not the only spirit trapped here, with there being a few lines suggesting that other souls are also trapped in here.
Jeremy (Withered Bonnie): “What is this new prison? Is it me trapped, or is it you? Perhaps it’s us both”. This is suggesting that Withered Bonnie has no idea where he is, and views this place as a prison set for both him and the player, who we know is William Afton. It wouldn’t make much sense for this to refer to the Vengeful Spirit, as they made this hell for Afton and don’t whisper during Withered Bonnie’s lines like they do for the Mediocre Melodies and it wouldn’t make sense for one of the beings made specifically for this hell to torture Afton to feel trapped in this prison like Afton does.
Charlie (The Puppet): “I recognise you! But I'm not afraid of you. Not anymore; The others are like animals, but I am very aware”. These lines are interesting as it represents The Puppet in Ultimate Custom Night as different from everyone else. While Charlie has always been seen as the odd one out from other animatronics, the wording of “animals” in a game where it’s animatronics are just creations of the Vengeful Spirit only meant to torture Afton is a bit weird to exclude yourself from. The use of “anymore” also implies that whoever is speaking to Afton personally had a feeling of fear towards him, but that fear is long gone.
Crying Child (Nightmare Fredbear): As a character who already has major connections to Cassidy and Golden Freddy, it would make sense that this would be mentioned, but for Nightmare Fredbear, it’s not a matter of what’s said, but how it’s said. When the Mediocre Melodies say certain things, you can hear the vengeful spirit speaking in the background, copying what they’re saying in a whisper. Nightmare Fredbear also has a child speaking in the background, but the child seems much more panicked and exhausted. Most of Fredbear’s lines are also things that William has said to the Crying Child directly.
Ralph (Old Man Consequences): For a variety of reasons.
Reality Warping
Animation by Sandwichingaround
Ultimate Custom Night is basically Golden Freddy’s (Cassidy’s) own personal purgatory to torment William Afton for the rest of time. Cassidy has complete control over this realm, created everything in it, and is essentially omnipotent to all actions within. Cassidy, or “The One You Should Not Have Killed”, is always watching within their purgatory. All those trapped within can be recreated over and over again, for an eternity. Afton cannot truly perish within this realm and death is irrelevant.
Cassidy has brought multiple souls into her purgatory as mentioned above and even straight up took entire game characters and locations from FNaF World. It is possible she created entire storylines and self-contained “worlds” as well, taken from game characters much like Old Man Consequences.
Mind and Dream Manipulation
Spirits are able to invade the dreams of others and interact with them directly. Golden Freddy’s spirit talked to Mike directly through his dreams. The soul inhabiting Foxy cut Mike’s hand. All of the spirits also jumped Mike in his dream and sliced him up a bunch. All of this damage transferred into actual physical injuries in the real world. In Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, Golden Freddy appeared in Jeremy Fitzgerald’s dreams as well, while in their animatronic body. In another instance, Golden Freddy directly invaded Ralph’s dreams and interacted with him directly.
In more extreme instances, Golden Freddy can directly assault the mind of others. They forced their mind onto Ralph and caused him to fall to the floor in pain, being overwhelmed by Golden Freddy’s offense on his mind.
Transformation
Golden Freddy is capable of turning into a massive head to attack and kill others. When in this form, they can fly forward at high speeds and even just levitate in place. Alongside being able to turn into a stupidly big head, they can also turn into a different animatronic entirely. In Ultimate Custom Night, if Golden Freddy is at a certain difficulty level and is attacked with the Death Coin, they will transform into Fredbear and instantly kill the player. It’s also possible they can turn into a mysterious animatronic known as Yenndo, or at least manifest him.
It seems that Golden Freddy is able to change into different designs of the animatronic, as they appear as all three variations (1993, Withered, and Fredbear) in Ultimate Custom Night.
Teleportation
Golden Freddy is capable of teleporting at will. This is shown many times throughout the series and it’s how they like to go around. While it is inconsistent on whether or not Golden Freddy is actually immobile (see Before the Verdict), their primary form of traversal is teleportation.
They seem to fade away before teleportation as shown in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.
Technology Manipulation
In the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, Golden Freddy can cause surrounding lights to flicker. This is indicated by one of their eyes flashing rapidly. They can also cause technology to go haywire, turning on speakers and monitors. Golden Freddy should scale to Foxy, who caused the lights to flicker before attacking Ralph. They, alongside presumably the rest of the animatronics, manipulated Ralph’s phone to induce children’s screaming and make it say “SAVE THEM”. All four of the animatronics were also able to force the office doors open and cause camera feeds to be disabled.
Code Manipulation
Golden Freddy has the ability to possess and become game characters directly. Cassidy haunted the Princess Quest arcade cabinets and VR extensions throughout Help Wanted, Help Wanted 2, and Security Breach. Her influence on it even allowed the game's narrative to continue past its original point, as the princess’ quest was over at the end of the second game. While is able to influence the game and actively control its characters, even altering their file names, it isn’t likely that she has full control over games she haunts.
Cassidy has also directly brought in code into her purgatory, shown through Old Man Consequences. It’s possible she even caused him to follow her into Princess Quest. Furthermore, it’s possible that Cassidy herself has interacted with and taken the form of a self-made character in FNaF World.
Resistances
Death Manipulation
Golden Freddy is immune to the effects of the Death Coin, which can instantly disable and “kill” an animatronic for the night. In fact, the usage of the Death Coin can allow Golden Freddy to become Fredbear. Despite the fact that the Death Coin was created by Golden Freddy, as it is only in Ultimate Custom Night, they have never been shown to use it themselves.
Needlem0use
Soul Physiology
Within the Needlem0use series, souls have a variety of different characteristics that apply every soul in the verse. Souls in Needlem0use are empowered through the motive and will of the soul in question. Empowerment of souls are represented through glowing eyes of characters, such as Luther’s blue eyes and Sarah’s pinkish-reddish ones. It is shown that through enough desire and willpower, souls can gain various abilities. These abilities sprung up after these characters endured rigorous torture. Sarah got hers after suffering alone for 30 years, and Luther got his after getting tortured in Sarah’s hell for 15 years. Although, souls such as Kyle got their abilities immediately after dying.
There are different levels to the strength of a soul. Despite Luther gaining abilities, he wasn’t able to access the real world like Sarah could. He couldn’t compete with Sarah on her level until he used the power of a Chaos Emerald. However, even weaker souls can still rebel against stronger ones. Luther was able to actively deny Sarah’s commands despite being in a vessel she had full control over. Souls can also make other souls aware of their surroundings and their abilities. It is stated that those with different perspectives can gain abilities while others cannot. Both Luther and Kyle gained abilities due to their determination and want to take Sarah down, meanwhile Michael and Martin didn’t have that motivation so they were left powerless. Souls are said to be able to change their fates through willpower.
Sarah can manipulate her soul in multiple ways. She can distort her face to change her eyes, and grow rows of sharp red teeth. She can also change how her teeth look all together.
Souls can take the form of vessels from things they possess. Vessels represent the will and wants of the souls inhabiting them. It is implied that vessels act as a form of defense against offenders, as it is consistently portrayed that vessels can tank far more damage than the souls piloting them can. Sarah took the form of Sonic the Hedgehog and can freely switch between her vessel and her actual soul at will. In an alternate world she would’ve taken the form of fire Mario… Souls can survive getting brutally mutilated if they possess a vessel. As long as a soul doesn’t move on, they last for an eternity; “until the end of time“
Soul Manipulation
Sarah, being one of the strongest souls in the series, can manipulate the souls of others. In order to actually have control over one’s soul, she must put them into a vessel. Then she can control her victim’s souls through the attachment they have with their vessels.
On a fundamental level, Sarah’s soul is attached to Atem. Atem can manipulate the souls of others on a stronger and wider scale compared to Sarah, whose best showings of soul manipulation are incapacitating the souls of her victims.
Sarah also has borderline full control over her own soul, as discussed in Soul Physiology.
Sealing
When Sarah kills someone and attaches their soul to a vessel, the soul and the vessel fundamentally become one. Michael and Martin became one with their vessels and once they moved on, the character files of Knuckles and Eggman were deleted from the game. Characters such as Kyle were only able to be separated from their vessel due to Atem’s interference.
Even characters as powerful as Luther were confined to the game, despite being on a similar level of power to Sarah, and he couldn’t escape his vessel until he moved on. Sarah is the exception to this, as thanks to Atem’s influence she has full control over both her soul and how she interacts with her vessel.
Mind Manipulation
Sarah can invade the memories of her victims and use them. She can force you to see and relive memories of your past against your will. Sarah can invade and haunt you in your dreams as well, even if you had no knowledge of her prior.
Energy Manipulation
Luther created a cyan energy beam to restrain Sarah. Given his abilities are tied to his soul and Sarah’s soul is as strong as his is, if not stronger, she should be able to have similar capabilities.
Kyle later on used blue energy to launch himself and Sarah airborne. This is while he was empowered by Del, who is an exact opposite to Atem. Given Sarah is empowered by Atem, she should be capable of using similar abilities.
Code Manipulation
Those within the haunted Sonic disc are able to tamper with their code and data. Weaker characters such as Luther used this to create simple cosmetic items, but since Sarah has far more control over the realm than he does, she should be capable of doing far more with this code manipulation.
Keep in mind that they can only alter their OWN code, and characters within the digital realm cannot mess with the code of other souls in the realm with them. This self-code only rule does not apply to objects within the game, as Luther used the code of the Chaos Emerald as an anchor to create his axe. It can be assumed that this ability doesn’t function anymore once the disc is broken.
Reality Warping
Sarah has control over the hellscape the series takes place in. Despite it not actually being her world, she can warp it in whatever way she wants. She can change the terrain, glitch the world itself, distort the sky, and all around do whatever she wants with the world. Her reality warping and control over the world is based around her mental state, hence why it constantly shifts in abstract ways. The world she controls has a day and night cycle, confirming that there is a sun alongside the planet itself within the purgatory. There are also stars within the night sky.
Transmutation
Luther turned a Chaos Emerald into a battle axe. Sarah should scale to this as they’re directly comparable, they fight right after Luther does this.
It is possible that Sarah herself transmutated Martin into his human form earlier in the series as well. Whether or not this was simply a visualization of her memory manipulation or actual transmutation is unclear.
Flight
Sarah can fly, self-explanatory.
Teleportation
Sarah can teleport, also self-explanatory.
Fire Manipulation
Sarah can create fire, shown multiple times throughout the series. She usually does this to be intimidating. Ironically enough, despite the fact Sarah can create fire, it is unlikely that the fire produces any actual heat. The void that her world is based in lacks heat in any capacity. Although, it could be possible that the fire she creates produces heat even in the heatless world of the void.
Dimensional Travel
Sarah can leave to go to other games and out to the real world if she wanted to. Despite this, she likes being Sonic, so she chooses to stay inside the Sonic disc. It’s implied that she only has control within the personal hell she’s created, and wouldn’t have that same control in other games.
Puppets
Sarah can turn the souls she kills into her own personal puppets by inserting them into vessels. She can hear and know exactly what her puppets are thinking, muffling their screams and making them unable to breathe. There is a limit to this, however, as Luther was able to rebel and reject Sarah’s commands. In fact, all of her puppets could’ve rebelled the whole time, they just lacked the will to do so. The puppets she’s had under her disposal consist of Michael (Knuckles), Martin (Eggman), and Tails (Luther) respectively.
She can presumably make her puppets do whatever she wants as they’re under her control, but she would rather force them to stand still and stare into the abyss as she torments them.
Resistances
Transmutation
Despite Atem seeming to mutate and take over her body, her soul was completely in-tact at the end of the series. Luther also didn’t even attempt to try and use his transmutation abilities on Sarah during their fight, implying that they wouldn’t have done anything to her in the first place.
Sealing
Sarah isn’t tied to her vessel like every other character in the series is. She can leave and reenter her vessel at will and she has full control of it. It’s implied she could do the same with any vessel she takes over.
Equipment
Golden Freddy
Microphone
I am Golden Freddy. I like to scare.
Needlem0use
Prototype Sonic Disc
The very thing that Sarah’s soul is attached to: This 1993 Sonic prototype disc is what allows Sarah to interact with other people outside her personal hell. She can manifest into the real world, even as her vessel, to kill those who interact with the disc, and take them into her world to become her puppets. If the disc is destroyed, Sarah and the rest of the souls trapped within will be set free if they let go. Sarah was still able to attack Tom even after the disc was destroyed because she wasn’t able to let go. The hellscape within the disc still existed despite the disc’s destruction, implying that the digital world wasn’t actually tied to the disc after all. Also, the void has no heat, and is extremely cold.
Chains
Sarah used red chains to restrain Kyle’s destroyed vessel after beating him in their fight. The chains were easily broken after Kyle regained his abilities, so it is unlikely that they’re particularly strong. Their only use was to hold a battered and broken vessel after all.
Other Entities
Golden Freddy
The Crying Child
I’m scared.
While Golden Freddy has been commonly associated with whoever the fifth victim of the MCI is, there has also been many connections to another character that might be linked alongside Cassidy. Allow us to introduce you to the Crying Child!
The name for this character varies person to person. Evan? Dave? Garrett? Norman? Chris? There are multiple ways to get the name of this character but for clarity sake we’ll just call him the Crying Child. The Crying Child is one of the two sons of William Afton, as well as the victim of The Big Bite to which his older brother puts his head into Fredbear’s mouth which causes Fredbear to chomp down on Crying Child’s skull, nearly killing him on the spot.
Crying Child ends up dying the day prior to The Big Bite, however it is consistently implied that this is not the end of his story. One of the most prominent showings is in The Week Before, where Ralph listens to a recording of The Big Bite, turning around afterwards to suffer the same fate as Crying Child did while still hearing his crying even after the recording had ended. This alone proves that Crying Child, and by extension Golden Freddy was in the room with Ralph and copied The Big Bite, with there being additional evidence with Cassidy and Crying Child directly interacting with each other through the Security Logbook.
The Crying Child through the Game Over mentioned in The Week Before shows supernatural levels of control of Golden Freddy, suddenly appearing in Ralph’s room and crunching on his head while projecting his crying onto Ralph, so it’s possible that Crying Child has enough spiritual power to help Cassidy if need be.
Ultimate Custom Night
Welcome to the ultimate FNAF mashup, featuring 50 selectable characters and custom difficulties!
As confirmed by the game’s ending, Golden Freddy is the entity responsible for all of Ultimate Custom Night. While the actual nature of what Ultimate Custom Night actually is isn’t consistent, the game itself should not change regardless of whether or not it’s the personal purgatory it was originally or the never ending nightmare that it is in Fazbear's Frights.
Ultimate Custom Night has a LOT of animatronics, well over fifty of them. Since they were all created by Golden Freddy, these versions of these characters are all at Golden Freddy’s disposal. They all have their own unique gimmicks and even give Golden Freddy access to new abilities by virtue of their individual powers. Furthermore, the vengeful spirit inside of Golden Freddy can speak directly through the animatronics they create.
Bears
Freddy Fazbear:
The poster child himself, Freddy will approach from the west hall. Once he reaches the door, you must close it to stop his attack. He will also kill the player if the power falls to 0%.
Statistics Amplification: Freddy gets faster as the temperature rises and gets warmer.
Can jumpscare the player at high speeds (24.364 m/s)
Toy Freddy:
Toy Freddy plays his own little game, but because he’s so ass at video games he needs your help.
Possibly Teleportation: Because Toy Freddy sucks straight dookie at video games, he will take his frustration on you if he loses. He is unstoppable when doing this, as neither the doors nor the vents can stop him. The only possible location he can enter the office from if everything is clo sed would be the air ducts. The vents had have less obese animatronics get stuck before, and if we assume that the air ducts and the vents are roughly similar width, it makes it unlikely that Toy Freddy could fit in a timely manner.
Phantom Freddy:
Will slowly materialize into existence in the office. Shining light on him will prevent him from forming and will make him disappear. If he fully forms, he will jumpscare the player and cause an office blackout.
Intangibility: Just the nature of the Phantom animatronics, as they are hallucinations. Even in a world where imaginary animatronics are now given flesh, they still merely act as hallucinations. Phantom Freddy specifically can fade in and out of existence at will.
Statistics Amplification: Much like his normal counterpart, Phantom Freddy gets faster the hotter the temperature around him is.
Electricity Malfunction: Causes a blackout when he jumpscares the player.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Nightmare Freddy:
Will send his Freddles to gather together in the office. If enough Freddles gather, they will summon their daddy Nightmare Freddy to attack. They can be driven away by shining light on them.
Summoning: If enough Freddles gather together, they will draw in Nightmare Freddy to instantly kill the player.
Freddles are non-lethal animatronics who can be sent away with the flashlight, but Nightmare Freddy is a lethal animatronic who cannot be stopped if he’s summoned.
Nightmare Fredbear:
He will often appear when the monitor is up. He will laugh, alerting his presence, before attempting to jumpscare. Closing the door on him will lock him out.
Invisibility: Only his eyes can be seen until he jumpscares you.
Nightmare:
He acts the same as Nightmare Fredbear, but he will come from the opposite door. He also has a slightly higher pitch laugh.
Rockstar Freddy:
Please deposit five coins. Please deposit five coins!
Heat Vulnerability: He will glitch when the heater is on.
Bunnies
Bonnie the Bunny:
He doesn’t actually attack. Instead, if he’s observed on the camera, he will jumpscare the player.
Technology Glitches: Bonnie’s scream can disrupt and disable the camera system for an extended period of time.
If he and Foxy are both active, he will prevent Foxy from moving unless Foxy is already out. If he’s taken out, then Foxy is too, and vice-versa.
Withered Bonnie:
In thirteen second intervals, he’ll appear in the office to attack if the player doesn’t equip the Freddy mask fast enough.
Light Glitches: Causes the lights to flicker much like Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica.
Toy Bonnie:
Toy Bonnie will enter the office, looking for the player and will attack them if they aren’t wearing the Freddy mask.
Light Glitches: Causes the lights to flicker if he’s in the office for too long.
RWQFSFASXC/Shadow Bonnie:
Summoned by DD. Will cause an unavoidable blackout for ten seconds when he appears.
Domain Expansion: Infinite Blackout.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Nightmare Bonnie:
He appears every 2 hours in the doorways to attack. Buy his plushie or he’ll kill you.
Rockstar Bonnie:
He lost his guitar and needs you to find it. If you don’t, he’ll kill you!
Chickens
Chica the Chicken:
Chica will spend all of her time in the kitchen listening to music as she (presumably) cooks. If she gets bored of the music, she’ll stop playing with her pots and pans, forcing you as the player to change the music. If you don’t change the music, or change it while she’s cooking, she will go for the attack.
Withered Chica:
Somehow, she fits in the vents.
She will attempt to get into the office through the vents, requiring them to be shut on her. She can often get stuck in the vents, blocking off access to them from other animatronics before jumpscaring the player.
Toy Chica:
Toy Chica will enter the office, looking for the player and attacks them if they aren’t wearing the Freddy mask.
She acts the exact same as Toy Bonnie.
Kana thinks she’s the hottest one - Derpy.
Nightmare Chica:
Summoned by DD. Nightmare Chica will appear behind the player and slowly close her jaws in on them to eat them alive. She is vulnerable to cold temperatures and will go away when the power A/C is turned on.
Jack-o-Chica:
If the office gets too hot (≥100℉), she’ll attack the player and kill them if they don’t reduce the heat.
Duplication: She can appear in both doorways to attack.
Extreme Heats: Her body has a quote “fire within that burns eternally”.
Rockstar Chica:
Rockstar Chica will approach the doors. However, because she is scared of slipping, she can be blocked out by a wet door sign.
Foxes
Foxy the Pirate Fox:
Foxy sits in his Pirate’s Cove alongside Bonnie. If he isn’t being watched, he will eventually leave the cove and get into the office by throwing his limbs into it one-by-one. He cannot be stopped when doing this.
Limb Reattachment: Foxy is capable of ripping his limbs off one-by-one and then reattaching them. He uses this to get into the player’s office.
Mangle:
Crawls through the vents. If she gets into the office, he will dangle on the ceiling for a while before attacking.
Sound Projection: If Mangle appears in the office, she will create a massive audio disturbance. He exhibits this loud radio static noise at all times.
Can get past Withered Chica if she gets stuck in the vent.
Phantom Mangle:
Appears on certain cameras on the monitor. If stared at for too long, he will appear in the office and cause a massive audio disturbance. She cannot be stopped when she’s in the office.
Intangibility: Just the nature of the Phantom animatronics, as they are hallucinations. Even in a world where imaginary animatronics are now given flesh, they still merely act as hallucinations.
Sound Projection: If Phantom Mangle appears in the office, she will create a massive audio disturbance similarly to his normal counterpart. This can be heard across the building, adding a chunk to the noise meter.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Nightmare Mangle:
He appears every 2 hours in the doorways to attack. Buy her plushie or he’ll kill you.
She acts the exact same as Nightmare Bonnie.
Rockstar Foxy:
Rockstar Foxy’s parrot will fly across, and interacting with it may allow him to give you some help. Or… he’ll kill you. Depends on how he feels, really.
BB and JJ
BB will try to enter the room. If he does, he will temporarily shut down the flashlight.
JJ will also try to enter the room. If she does, she will temporarily lock down door controls.
Annoying little shits.
Both are non-lethal animatronics.
Phantom BB:
Intangibility: Just the nature of the Phantom animatronics, as they are hallucinations. Even in a world where imaginary animatronics are now given flesh, they still merely act as hallucinations.
Electricity Malfunction: Same as Phantom Freddy, Phantom BB will cause a blackout upon jumpscaring the player.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Nightmare BB:
Nightmare BB will sit in the office inactive, and will begin to rise as you check the monitor. While he’s sitting, he will become more agitated from the flashlight, but needs to be hit with the flashlight to regress him when standing up or he will jumpscare you.
Can attack the player at very high speeds (146.184 m/s)
DeeDee:
Uh oh! How unfortunate! She will raise the level of a random animatronic, and summon any animatronic in the roster. Alongside that, she can summon any animatronic not currently active.
XOR:
DeeDee can lock in when all animatronics are max level, allowing her to summon secret animatronics inaccessible by the standard 50 animatronic menu.
The Puppet/The Marionette
Will sit in her Music Box and attack when not soothed by the winding of said box or the Global Music Box. Is unstoppable when she goes for the attack.
Possibly Teleportation: Similarly to Toy Freddy, if the Music Box isn’t wound up or she is not soothed by the Global Music Box, she will go after the player and will be unstoppable when doing so. Given the Puppet’s slender body, however, it is much more plausible for her to fit through the air ducts compared to Toy Freddy as a way for her to enter the office.
Multiple Selves: Lefty is the same animatronic as the Puppet, just captured within the L.E.F.T.E unit. Both can be active at the same time.
Lefty will be awakened by either heat or noise, and can only be soothed by the Music Box. After a few frames of activation, he will instantly come to the office to jumpscare the player.
Nightmarionne:
He takes the form of an apparition who will appear if you are idle in the office over your cursor. In order to evade his attack, you need to move the cursor away, or he will jumpscare you.
Invisibility: Is naturally invisible until the player is focused on him.
“Springtrap”
Springtrap will crawl through the vents, requiring the player to shut the vent on him when he makes an entrance.
Springtrap moves silently through the ventilation system and can’t be heard by the player.
Multiple Selves: Scraptrap/“Afton” is the same person as Springtrap, from a different point in the timeline. Furthermore, the main protagonist of Ultimate Custom Night is heavily implied to be the real William Afton himself. They are all able to exist simultaneously.
Plushtrap:
Summoned by DD. Plushtrap sits on his favorite chair and will attack the player if he’s not scared out of it by being watched. He cannot attack when being watched.
Ennard (The Funtimes)
Ennard crawls through the vents silently, being very difficult to track on the vent radar and not being able to be seen through the vent. The only way to know that they’re coming is through the loud squeaking sound they create before attacking, successfully shutting the vent on them will stop their attempted attack.
Stealth Mastery: Ennard is different from other vent animatronics in that they are borderline invisible on the vent radar and are very tough to track. They also cannot be seen through the vent opening.
Multiple Selves: Ennard is a culmination of all the Funtime animatronics, and is also a version of Molten Freddy from an earlier point in the timeline where Circus Baby was still within the body.
Molten Freddy is the fastest vent animatronic and ignores the vent snare. However, since they’re off the rails, they’ll laugh like a maniac before attacking. Closing the vent door on them will stop their attack and send them back to the start of the ventilation system.
Circus Baby:
She appears every 2 hours in the doorways to attack. Buy her plushie or she’ll kill you.
She acts the exact same as Nightmare Bonnie and Nightmare Mangle.
Multiple Selves: Baby is a part of Ennard, at a different point in the timeline. Scrap Baby is also the same person from a later point in the timeline.
Scrap Baby sits in your office hunched over, and will raise her head up when she’s about to attack. In order to make her back off, you must perform a controlled shock on her when she’s ready to attack. Once you do, she’ll leave you alone for the rest of the night.
Ballora:
Ballora moves through the halls singing her lullaby, and will come to the office occasionally to attack. She is stopped by the doors.
Technology Manipulation: Ballora disrupts camera feeds when attacking the player.
Light Glitches: The lights will flicker when she’s about to enter the office.
Multiple Selves: Ballora is a part of both Ennard and Molten Freddy, at different points in the timeline.
Minireenas:
Summoned by DD. The Minireenas will latch onto your face and block your vision for a little while.
Non-lethal animatronics.
Funtime Foxy:
Funtime Foxy will sit in his own special cove, awaiting the time of his show. If you don’t attend, Funtime Foxy will attack and be unstoppable while doing so. He will delay the show if you show up to it early.
Multiple Selves: Funtime Foxy is a part of both Ennard and Molten Freddy, at different points in the timeline.
Funtime Chica:
Funtime Chica will occasionally bombard the player with camera flashes and images of her face, while distorting their vision. There is no way to avoid her.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Bonnet:
Summoned by DD. Bonnet slowly moves across the office and will attack if she goes from one side to the other uninterrupted. Booping her nose will cause her to retreat.
Lolbit:
Summoned by DD. Lolbit will appear in the office and cause loud noise disruptions, generally being a nuisance. The only way to get rid of him is to type ”L-O-L” on a keyboard, driving him away for good.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Mediocre Melodies
Happy Frog:
An egotistical frog animatronic, Happy Frog moves through the air ducts and makes her way towards the office. She is immune to the heater but is always fooled by the audio lure.
Resistance to Heat: She’s immune to the effects of the heater.
Mr. Hippo:
Works the same as Happy Frog, except he is slightly faster and is vulnerable to both the audio lure and the heater.
Doesn’t shut the fuck up.
Pigpatch:
Works the same as Mr. Hippo, except he is slightly faster than him.
Nedd Bear:
Works the same as Mr. Hippo and Pigpatch, except he is slightly faster than Pigpatch.
Orville Elephant:
Works the same as Mr. Hippo, Pigpatch, and Nedd Bear, though he is the least susceptible to getting fooled by the audio lure. He is supposedly the fastest of the Mediocre Melodies (though Nedd Bear might be the actual fastest…)
Miscellaneous
Old Man Consequences:
Beat his fishing minigame or he’ll disable your monitor for a short while.
Technology Manipulation: Disables the monitor if his minigame is failed.
Cosmic Awareness: Old Man Consequences is aware of the hell he is in, but not like the rest of the animatronics. He tells the player in his own realm, presumably the vengeful spirit themselves, to rest their soul and leave their tormentor to rot in hell. It is unknown whether or not Golden Freddy themselves created this area or if it’s tied to Old Man Consequences as a whole. However, we do know that this is the same Old Man Consequences from FNaF World, as drowning in this realm grants you the same achievement as doing the same in FNaF World. It is possible that Old Man Consequences is actually completely separate from the vengeful spirit’s purgatory, and somehow found his way into it beyond the confines of the game he is from. It is also possible that Old Man Consequences is one of the few spirits trapped with Cassidy and Afton in the purgatory, possibly being Ralph/The Phone Guy from The Week Before.
Trash and the Gang:
They show up sometimes on the camera and make a lot of noise.
Non-lethal animatronic.
Music Man:
He’s a very noise sensitive animatronic. He will become active when more noise is present, stalking his way to the office. He can be calmed down by a silent pizzeria environment.
El Chip:
The mascot of El Chip’s Fiesta Buffet, he’ll send his advertisements to your office. They’re really loud, so it’s best to turn them off before you get any unwanted attention
Non-lethal animatronic..
Ralph (Phone Guy):
He’ll periodically call in the night, bothering you and other animatronics with noise.
Maybe he’s got a phone for a head… One can dream.
Deadass just a guy.

Atem
It doesn’t have to be… You can still control it all… it’s all yours… It’s always been yours for the taking.
Atem is the embodiment of Sarah’s hatred, rage, and deterioration after her death. Her isolation in a void for thirty years gave birth to Atem, an entity whose sole existence is to push Sarah to never move on and indulge in her vengeful rage forever. He is the overarching antagonist of the series and is the cause for Sarah’s downward spiral.
Because of this, Atem is incredibly good at psychically picking apart others. He made Luther lose hope in everything he had been fighting for within a single conversation. He gaslights and manipulates Sarah throughout the whole series so she can devolve into an outright murderer.
Atem, being the culmination of Sarah’s rage, is capable of empowering her soul. This is represented through red-pink energy engulfing Sarah’s body. He can also actively attack the souls of others, separating them from any vessel or outside force to target the soul itself. But, even after Sarah moved on and let herself find peace entering a doorway to the afterlife alongside Kyle, Atem still remained in the void.
Del
Evil may have taken over your souls for a moment, but that moment doesn’t need to last forever.
Del is the yin to Atem’s yang. He is a mysterious entity who exists to oppose Atem’s temptations, convincing hurting spirits to rest and find peace in the afterlife. Much like Atem, he can empower souls such as Kyle. However, he is susceptible to getting separated from the vessels he empowers as he is not intrinsically linked with them like Atem is with Sarah.
Despite Del residing inside of the same world as Sarah and Atem, he is not actually on their side. He aids Kyle in his fight against them and his only goal is to allow the lost souls of the void to move on. Given it is very unlikely that Sarah would fight an opponent for noble reasons, there is little chance that Del would actually help her in combat unless they can’t move on.
Weaknesses
Golden Freddy
C8 06 09 5F 41 55 4E AA 87 14 9C FA 12 22 A3 68 D9 1B 75 68 B6 31.
Golden Freddy is known to be a pretty clear exception to all other animatronics, but he actually does share some weaknesses with the other animatronics. Unlike Withered Foxy and Puppet, Cassidy can actually be fooled by the Freddy mask and will fade away if you put it on even in Ultimate Custom Night. Additionally, in Ticket to Fun it’s shown that Mike (who owns the kit and draws in invisible ink) knows about Golden Freddy, implying that he has encountered her. This insinuates that Cassidy will actually leave you alone if you flip up the camera and check them.
Additionally, a really big weakness that Remnant users share that Cassidy would also share is the fact that they fade away once they receive their happiest moment. In the context of the games, Charlie sets up the Happiest Day which gathers the MCI victims together including Cassidy (Or Crying Child, which is another good option for the Golden Freddy kid) and gives them a really happy moment through a birthday party where all of the other MCI members comfort the Golden Freddy kid and Charlie gives them cake, to where all six spirits fade away with only their masks remaining. In the ending sequence of FNaF 3, it shows off the original animatronic masks completely empty, lacking the light the bad ending had in each of the animatronic’s right eyes, signifying that the spirits are gone and resting. It’s very clear that this was supposed to be an end for the spirits, and thus would be one reliable way to make Cassidy give in.
Needlem0use
As powerful as Sarah is, her power does not mask her horrific mental state. Sarah is unstable, impulsive, and reacts on emotion rather than any strategy or planning. She is extremely vulnerable emotionally and is prone to lashing out the moment the more painful parts of her past are brought to light. As much as she may act like an untouchable god, she does not do a very good job at hiding how traumatized she is.
Furthermore, despite having access to vessels and puppets, every single vessel she has ever had has rebelled against her. Martin and Michael both moved on, while Luther and Kyle actively fought against her and refused to follow her commands. While she might have control over them for a bit, it won’t take long for her vessels to start causing problems and even start fighting her themselves.
While her power isn’t inherently limited to the disc, she is at her strongest when within that hellscape. She can still kill people with ease outside of her realm, but she is far stronger when in her home turf. This can be a huge problem when her world is challenged by opposing forces.
Sarah’s powers are fueled by Atem, but this ironically enough is her biggest strength as much as it is her biggest weakness. Atem, being the culmination of Sarah’s hatred and rage, is only tied to her soul when she refuses to move on. Upon finding peace and ascending to the afterlife, Sarah and Atem’s connection with each other was essentially ridden for good. If Sarah at any point decides an eternity of suffering and revenge isn’t worth it, she can ultimately move on and completely terminate her connection with her primary source of power.

Before the Verdict
Is Cassidy ACTUALLY the Vengeful Spirit?
When Ultimate Custom Night had first come out, the most popular and blatant interpretation of who the Vengeful Spirit was Golden Freddy, the character facing off against NeedleM0use in the blog. However, on September 1st of 2020, Fazbear Frights’ fifth installment Bunny Call had been released, which not only had a story about Matthew Patrick giving birth, but what seemed to be an external continuation of Ultimate Custom Night. This story had William Afton being in a hospital, nearly burnt to death, with a second spirit within him torturing him and preventing the other doctors from killing him.
This spirit had been revealed to be named “Andrew”, and had confirmed that at least in the Frights timeline that the Vengeful Spirit was this kid named Andrew who we have never seen before. Of course, nothing in FNaF is simple, and it is debated to this day on if Andrew is actually the Vengeful Spirit in the Games timeline like he is in Frights, or if it’s still Cassidy as everyone had originally speculated.
Who do we think of as the Vengeful Spirit? Well to begin, what is about to be said is incredibly speculative on our part, and it is still completely possible to be the other side as neither is confirmed, but what’s about to be explained is a conclusion that has been come to based on the clues given to us within Ultimate Custom Night and Frights, as putting the clues together are important to figuring out who this mysterious being really is.
The conclusion that had been reached by the blog members is that the Vengeful Spirit is Cassidy, the Golden Freddy victim in the MCI. The most important part of the debate is whether the Fazbear Frights novels are even canon to the games, and we believe that this isn’t the case and TMIR1280 or anything with Andrew/Afton in it is a huge part why. While there are two different theories to this, which are FrightsGames and StitchlineGames, we’ll tackle Frights in general as it becomes a more consistent case for Frights to not take place within the game continuity at all.
Coming Home features an alternate narrative for Susie, the Chica victim’s death, who now has brown hair and dies of modern technology and modern times
What we Found is a complete retelling of the third game which features Hudson as the protagonist and only has him live for the first night that Springtrap is active. Regardless of if you believe Michael Afton is the Frights Guard in the actual game, What we Found is still way shorter than 6 nights.
Dance with Me features Circus Baby’s Pizza World as a public establishment, which is impossible in the games because the release of Circus Baby’s Pizza World was cancelled due to the death of Elizabeth Afton
Then there’s TMIR1280, which is way more complicated. Let’s go over the consistencies between TMIR1280 and Ultimate Custom Night. The Vengeful Spirit in Ultimate Custom Night is considered a he, which unless Cassidy was actually a he, which is still possible, Andrew would fit the gender of the Vengeful Spirit. Additionally, TMIR1280 claims that Ultimate Custom Night is just a nightmare, which is actually suggested by Nightmarrione which would make TMIR1280 pretty reliable in the context of Ultimate Custom Night. Some scenes also make more sense with Andrew in mind, such as the OMC scene of OMC telling a red bear (who is likely Cassidy regardless of CassidyTOYSNHK or not) to leave the demon to his demons, or the TCTHSY (Toy Chica: The High School Years) cutscenes which likely represent William Afton having an additional 7th victim alongside the original 6 which likely gets elaborated on in Frights, where it’s revealed that the MCI always had 6 victims and not 5.
It is clear that Frights does bother to make connections from their book to the game, with some scenes from the games being possible foreshadowing to the existence of Andrew alongside making more senses in Frights overall, this doesn’t mean that all of Cassidy’s evidence has been blown out the water, because she still has a lot.
While TMIR1280 has some consistencies with Ultimate Custom Night, there are also some differences between the two. For starters, Andrew claims that he tortured Afton for a reason he didn’t remember, but multiple lines, specifically from Jack-O Chica, Nightmare, Nightmare Fredbear, Nightmare Freddy, Nightmarroine and The Puppet suggests that whoever the Vengeful Spirit is, is fully aware of Afton’s crimes and what he did, which would directly contradict Andrew’s memory loss. Andrew has a rough voice while the Vengeful Spirit has a soft voice, It’s claimed that Andrew and William were torturing each other with Afton being able to wake up multiple times while the entire premise Ultimate Custom Night alongside the Old Man Consequences minigame contradicts Afton even having any control over his body. Both the nurses and Andrew stating that there were only two souls inside Afton with no sign of another entity even though the OMC minigame implies that Cassidy was there at some point at least, and as mentioned earlier there are arguments to be made that there are way more than two entities within Afton’s body during UCN. Afton also having two full arms is also weird considering Scraptrap’s design.
Other issues with Stitchline in general also include the MCI being noted to be 6 in Into The Pit which wasn’t alluded to in the games and Return to the Pit changing that back into 5, and the police somehow knowing Afton’s “death” during the Stitchwraith Stingers. While there are consistencies for TMIR1280 to connect to UCN, there are way too many contradicts to the game timeline for us to say that Frights and by extension Stitchline takes place in the games timeline, and with the constant Golden Freddy imagery in UCN through the red bear in OMC, Golden Freddy’s cutscene after beating 49/20, the infamous 14 theory and many more, it’s most likely that the vengeful spirit is Cassidy and not Andrew.
Is Golden Freddy ACTUALLY Unable To Move?!
Golden Freddy’s movement capabilities should be an incredibly obvious thing to answer. But, since this is Five Nights at Freddy’s blog, the answer is NEVER that simple.
On the surface, the answer to this question should be a clean and concise no. Combine Golden Freddy’s limp appearance in most pieces of media with their main method of travel being teleportation and Scott officially stating that Golden Freddy does not move, the answer seems clear-cut.
In spite of that, there have been just as many instances of Golden Freddy actively moving as there are of the contrary. Special Delivery is the biggest example of this. In Special Delivery, the animatronics are exact recreations of their original versions using the original schematics, down to programming flaws. This usage of the schematics leaked into the VR game as well. However, it is likely that the suit itself was changed. The Golden Freddy in Special Delivery has a different color palette and texture, being a shiny and pure gold, compared to the original suit. And, it’s unlikely that Cassidy is possessing this specific rendition of the Golden Freddy suit. But, this is evidence that the Golden Freddy suit can move in a very glitchy and jittery way, at least it originally could.
Furthermore, in novels such as The Week Before, Golden Freddy moved their hands onto Ralph’s face, and leaned down to look at him in his dreams. In Ultimate Custom Night, Golden Freddy could move completely freely as Fredbear, and they can fly around while as a big floating head. It is very likely that Golden Freddy is capable of moving their upper body such as their head and arms, but they probably cannot walk. While they stood in the movie, they never walked and only had head movement.
So, can Golden Freddy actually not move? The answer is yes and no. Yes, Golden Freddy can move certain parts of their body and can freely move in certain transformations. No, Golden Freddy cannot walk or run like other animatronics can. If we’re being honest, Golden Freddy relies on teleportation to get around so they don’t really NEED to walk.
FNAF WORLD SCALING.
FNaF World is infamously the black sheep of the franchise. A random cutesy RPG made to tease Sister Location after the backlash that the quote “final chapter” got during the early days of the series. The question lies; should Golden Freddy get scaling from this game? I mean, it does have crazy impressive feats… right?
The answer to that question is no, in both ways. We’ll start with the first part of that statement; Golden Freddy getting scaling from it. FNaF World is canon as shown through Ultimate Custom Night, with Old Man Consequences being an active part of Cassidy’s story, but this does not mean it is canon in a way to where Golden Freddy could scale to it.
FNaF World is explicitly presented as a game in-universe throughout its entire duration. It is referred to as such many, many times. The world is said to glitch and distort like a video game, causing the game to “break”. The Halloween update graveyard is described as bad ideas from the game’s creator, and the goal of the area is to salvage code. Other games the creator has made are referenced, and Fredbear outright says that the game has financially bombed. FNaF World is a game, through-and-through. This is to the point that some of the games have straight up become entire game series in the Five Nights at Freddy’s universe. There is nothing to suggest that it is anything but a video game within the universe of Five Nights at Freddy’s. Given Golden Freddy has been shown to be able to actively manipulate all forms of technology, and the fact that the FNaF World characters in Ultimate Custom Night are their creations, it is very likely they just replicated the characters from the game into their own domain. Or, in the case of Old Man Consequences, just outright steal the code from the game and it gave it flesh - much like what they did with the Nightmare animatronics.
So, Golden Freddy cannot get scaling from FNaF World, but what if they could? What would that entail for their strength and powers? Not much, actually. FNaF World does have potential cosmic feats to its name, mainly within the scope of the game’s endings such as Chippers Revenge and the on-the-nose Universe End. However, these are feats that nobody in the game can actually scale to.
Most of the endings that involve universe-destruction feats completely destroy the game and everyone within. Chipper’s Revenge only destroys the universe after he dies and everyone is dead until the universe is remade via restarting the game. Universe End requires two Fredbears to straight up explode and die instantly to destroy the universe, once again killing everyone until the game is restarted. The Clock ending is vague on what actually happened, but the mysterious eyes disappear into the darkness and the end text pops up afterwards. In fact, the former and the latter aren’t even confirmed to be universal feats. The only ending with confirmation that the universe does in fact get destroyed is Universe End, as the rest only conclude with “the end” and no other implication beyond the screen being black.
However, I have omitted to mention the biggest piece of evidence for FNaF World’s best scaling. I’m of course talking about Animdude. Animdude is the iconic avatar of Scott Cawthon throughout his social media. He is the quote “puppet master” of FNaF World, being the self-imposed storyteller, and he stated he had control over the game the whole time. Animdude is a meta commentary on Scott Cawthon himself, as is most of FNaF World. But, in spite of all of this, it is unlikely that Animdude is the actual creator of the game. Not only is he a representation of the real Scott’s avatar, fitting with the meta aspects of FNaF World. But he is also bound by the code of the game he supposedly made and is under the control of a higher power. The Halloween update had him get sent to the Graveyard of Terrible Ideas by the creator of FNaF World, alongside other of Scott’s creations such as characters from Desolate Hope and Chipper N’ Sons Lumber Co. It is not possible for Animdude to be the actual creator of the game and be put in this position at the same time. He is an avatar bound by the game that the actual creator of FNaF World made.
Not only that, Animdude physically shows no feats on the level of universal. He canonically gets beaten by the average animatronics and isn’t even as strong as Chica’s Magic Rainbow on his own. All of the evidence points to Animdude merely being a meta avatar for the actual Scott Cawthon, rather than Scott Cawthon himself. There is little to suggest that he has universal capabilities and his feats are the same as the rest of the playable characters in FNaF World. Furthermore, there are other parallels to Scott alongside Animdude. Desk Man is another mysterious character in FNaF World who was responsible for the creation of Circus Baby, and outright says that the games we deactivated in the Graveyard of Terrible Ideas were his games. There are multiple representations of Scott in FNaF World, there is no one true “creator” of the game. The creator of FNaF World is the actual Scott Cawthon himself, while these meta figures are just meant to represent him and the story he is trying to tell.
It is also worthy to note that there are theories that FNaF World might also be a dream world related to Cassidy and the Crying Child to set up the Happiest Day. This doesn’t change the scaling as there’s no evidence that this dream world or dreams in general can translate to power in reality, but it’s a worthy thing to mention.
In short, the FNaF World cast does not have scaling to cosmic feats and all of the feats of that caliber are flawed and incapable of being scaled to the playable characters of the game. This would apply to Golden Freddy as well. Though, FNaF World still does give them some nifty tools and feats to work with. There are characters with building level strength and Golden Freddy has access to abilities such as petrification, immobilization, and weather manipulation. But alas, it was never meant to be.
Golden Freddy’s Inverse Scaling
Five Nights at Freddy’s has gone through multiple time periods and multiple continuities which share different characters from the games, and thus different scaling. With series that are very technology based, it is also reasonable to assume that there are differences in statistics between the technology, but how far does that difference go? Let’s go through different arguments of scaling that Golden Freddy can have and whether they’re valid or not.
Glamrock Animatronics
After Ultimate Custom Night, the Five Nights at Freddy’s series has been mostly run by Steel Wool, who has introduced their own set of unique characters that are now relevant to the general lore. Now, considering that Security Breach most likely takes place in 2029, while the Frebear suit has been likely functioning since the late 70s-early 80s, it would stand to reason that the Glamrocks would be considerably more impressive than characters like Fredbear or the classic Freddy Fazbear, but there are arguments to be made to scale characters like Springtrap and Golden Freddy to the Glamrocks.
The easiest argument to separate the Glamrocks from the other animatronics is what was mentioned above, the time difference. The Glamrocks are way too futuristic, and should by that logic also be built with far studier materials. However, it is unknown how much of the advancement is in the external materials but rather the animatronics generally, based on their AI and internal functions, it’s quite difficult to quantify the difference in strength and sturdiness of the two eras. We can somewhat use the Funtime Animatronics for an example, they were considered State of the art even compared to Freddy and the gang, with a more futuristic look with advanced AI, yet they’re getting constantly overpowered by an Afton who can barely stand after Afton had built up remnant from his spring locking while considering Springtrap a stronger version than himself. The Funtimes are more futuristic and should by extension be technologically superior to the previous animatronics, but they still have arguments suggesting that they’re inferior to Springtrap and thus “more advanced” shouldn’t be an end all be all argument.
Additionally, there’s one thing that previous animatronics have that modern ones don’t: Remnant. Remnant powers the animatronics that the spirits are attached to, giving them additional powers and strength they never had before. The most blatant example of this is Springtrap, who claims that he has “newfound strength” that he never had before, suggesting that he is stronger than both Afton and the Spring Bonnie suit, and Remnant allowed Afton after being separated from Springtrap to overpower his Funtimes as mentioned before. Even if the Glamrocks were considerably superior in statistics, the remnant would very likely close the gap, if not exceed it outright. Whether they scale to the Glamrocks or not doesn’t matter, as the Twisted Animatronics have feats comparable to the ones the Glamrocks performed, but also have a feat that far exceeds them by a landslide.
Fazbear Frights Antagonist
The Antagonist of Fazbear Frights are characters who aren’t seen in the games whether the Frights novels are within the Games timeline or not, and usually don’t connect to the game characters in terms of scaling. However, there is one character in Fazbear Frights who appears in multiple stories and has an overwhelming presence in each story he’s present in but one…
That character is William Afton. He appears in The Man in Room 1280 as someone whose able to fight back against and torture Andrew, the Vengeful Spirit in the Frights continuity, however his other appearances are far more impressive, as he appears in many Stitchline Stingers and in the story What we Found, a retelling of the third game. To make it clear, the Spring Bonnie shown in Into the Pit is not actually William Afton or Springtrap, but rather is a recreation of Afton in Spring Bonnie based on the agony of the MCI and how those kids viewed him. Considering how Springtrap is just Afton and Spring Bonnie being infused by agony, being far stronger than either of them, a connection between the two in statistics can still be made.
We can take it a step further than Pit Bonnie however, as in the Stitchwraith Stingers, Afton pulls every metal that has a piece of his soul in it back into his own soul, forming an amalgamation that is referred to as “The Agony”. It is noted by Jake that Afton’s soul at this point was extremely weak, barely being able to keep his grip on reality due to how weakened he had been at that moment although was still capable of creating this amalgamation. Him being so weakened is additionally backed up by him not using his illusion based powers that he was shown using in What we Found as Springtrap, similarly to how Scraptrap doesn’t use the Phantom Animatronics in FFPS.
This suggest that this Afton that is capable of creating this amalgamation is way weaker spiritually to Springtrap, and thus Springtrap should downscale any feat made by said amalgamation since the pieces were capable of remaining intact despite him crashing through walls and ripping apart a forklift, however it is not certain whether Springtrap would actually scale to an Eleanor amplified Amalgamation or not and thus it would just be a possibly.
In conclusion? The Glamrock Animatronics should be scalable to previous animatronics and characters like Springtrap should be capable of outputting similar feats to Pit Bonnie, and they could even scale to the full output of the Amalgamation.
Blackbird Stor-
“Domain Expansion”
This section will be referencing more of the arguments towards the sheer size of the pocket dimensions these characters manifest inside of, mostly for the sake of comparing their arguments. These likely wouldn’t matter for any discussions, even vs. each other, but they are pretty fun to talk about.
Cosmic FNAF
We have truly lost the plot. Yes, there have been arguments for getting Five Nights at Freddy’s characters to cosmic tiering. This is mainly because of the way Agony works and how that parallels in tandem with certain minigames and stories.
As mentioned above, Agony is built off bad memories and tragedies. It is what empowers its users and its capability to turn this emotion into physicality is what allows haunted objects to exist. It has been shown multiple times that Agony can create pocket realms out of these memories. This is shown through not only Five Nights at Freddy’s 3’s minigames but also Into the Pit. In these pocket realms, it is shown that celestial bodies and even stars can be recreated. While this certainly can mean that Agony’s ability to recreate memories is visually impressive, there are multiple issues with this even if you play Devil’s Advocate as we are now.
For starters, it is very unlikely that Agony can create these things on its own. It MUST be relying on a specific memory of the past to create these pocket realms, which is consistent with Agony users being able to trap others into mini “alternate dimensions” where they’re bombarded by their worst enemies. It copies these events 1:1, to the point that they don’t even have a scale of time. The ball pit for example will always be nighttime no matter what, as that is when the Missing Children’s Incident occurred. It lacks a day-and-night cycle.
Furthermore, there’s no concrete evidence that this would scale to attack potency in the first place. Although yes, Phineas does state that the trauma from Agony can be converted into physical energy, in context he is referring to the phenomena of Agony giving haunted objects life. It is his explanation for Agony being able to interact with the world on a physical level, but it is not explained as a direct conversion between Agony’s capabilities and its users physical capacity. There is no evidence to suggest that Agony can be converted into kinetic energy in this way.
This type of power is also just extremely inconsistent and doesn’t make much sense. These specific instances are so far above the levels of power shown throughout the rest of the franchise. As funny as it would be, no Golden Freddy does not scale to solar system levels of power. It is purely a byproduct of Agony’s hax and ability to replicate memories of the past.
Cosmic Needlem0use
The main evidence for Sarah reaching cosmic tiering is the fact she has control over the digital disc and the world that was eventually made out of it. As mentioned above, Sarah’s hell does contain both a day-and-night cycle as well as a starry night sky. Under different circumstances, this would be grounds to have cosmic level scaling. Starry skies for example generally land at around solar system to multi solar system levels of power.
But, this is assuming that this starry sky scales to attack potency. Unfortunately for Sarah, she doesn’t qualify for this. While yes, Sarah does have control over a realm with a night sky, there is no evidence that this scales to her attack potency at all. Her domain control is explicitly a hax ability that is dictated by her mental state, as explained above.
It would be a leap to assume that Sarah’s spirit has cosmic levels of power when that is inconsistent with the power presented throughout the rest of the series. Even when she was empowered by Atem, the feats she performed were nowhere near what that level of soul power would entail. In fact, she straight up lost that fight against a Del-empowered Kyle, who had no control over the realm whatsoever. It is also worth it to note that Sarah didn’t even make the hell, she just manipulated and gained control over a prototype copy with all of that world to control already made for her:
It is true that Sarah’s reality warping can have cosmic range, but it does not scale to her actual power in anyway and thus would not scale to her attack potency.
SONIC SCALING.
Cross-scaling is a divisive topic in the community for feats, and there are many different ways where it can go wrong. Generally speaking, we believe that fanmade characters should NOT scale to the material they’re based on. However…
The original Classic Sonic games are canon to the Needlem0use series. They don’t take the stage as actual characters or settings, rather as just blank data in a video game which the characters interact with. It’s confirmed that the Needlem0use disc consists of Sonic 1, 2, and 3, explaining why there are appearances from all three games throughout the show. Thus, we believe that scaling the vessels to gameplay feats from the original three Sonic games is okay.
It is shown that all of the vessels replace the original versions of the characters during gameplay. When Michael and Martin found peace and moved onto the afterlife, their characters came with them, further implying that the vessels and their souls are one with each other. The vessels themselves are portrayed as being stronger than the souls behind them. Characters like Kyle can tank far more punishment when their soul isn’t exposed, shown by how Kyle’s vessel could go blow-to-blow with Sarah, while Kyle himself was helpless against her.
There is lucidity needed to be present here, though. Given that this is a prototype copy of these games all combined into one, and the fact that it is unlikely the cast has ever actually progressed through the full story of the Classic Sonic trilogy, we will not be counting feats performed during story cutscenes, feats/statements presented only in the story, or any extended media. Those accomplishments are specific to the narrative of these games and are generally inconsistent with the strength of the Sonic cast during gameplay. Thus, we will only scale Sarah to the scale of the gameplay for these games. Anything other than gameplay feats will be ignored.
Do note that while Needlem0use’s design is based off of Modern Sonic, the series still uses the original Classic games. This designed inconsistency can be explained by Sarah’s body-manipulating abilities. In fact, canonically the Sonic vessel Sarah uses is supposed to look just like Classic Sonic, and it only looks different for the sake of audience clarity.
FTL Classic Sonic
There are a few laser reaction feats across the Classic Sonic trilogy. These feats could potentially be a massive buff to Sarah’s speed, but these feats don’t quantify for FTL speeds.
A laser (that’s speed of light anyway) is defined as “a device that generates an intense beam of coherent monochromatic light (or other electromagnetic radiation) by stimulated emission of photons from excited atoms or molecules.” In short, an actual laser is basically just a stream of photons from intensified atoms and molecules.
While generally it is not assumed that lasers in fiction have to follow every single rule regarding them in real life to quantify for speed of light, they must still follow general key aspects of lasers. The lasers in Sonic act as physical attacks which knock him into the air upon contact with him. This is only possible if the thing coming into contact with him has mass, as through F=M*A. However, photons and light in general do not have mass whatsoever, and their energy is defined through a completely different equation that is separate from calculating force. The only evidence for these being lasers is their appearances, but they’re functionally completely distinct from actual lasers. We cannot say that these lasers are lightspeed off of the little evidence to go off of, so unfortunately; Classic Sonic (and therefore Sarah) cannot scale to lightspeed off of these feats.
EXE Scaling
The Needlem0use series is, of course, one of the many takes on Sonic.EXE. This has led to many different crossover artwork between Sarah and other EXE characters. Furthermore, she’s even had an official appearance in the Friday Night Funkin’ Vs Sonic.EXE mod, where she stars as a boss alongside many other EXE’s. However, there is no evidence that these crossover artworks and appearances are canon to the Needlem0use series.
In official Q&A’s, Sarah has no knowledge of the existence of EXE’s, and simply shrugs the mention of them off. While there are characters in the series who share names with characters from the original story (Tom), the similarities between them start and end at their names. As far as the characters know, this situation is the first like it in the Needlem0use universe.
It has also been stated by the series’ creator directly that Needlem0use is it’s own thing and doesn’t tie into any other creepypasta’s story. Ultimately, there’s no real reason for her to scale to other versions, and won’t be considered.
Verdict
Statistics
As usual for most blogs, we’ll be kicking off this verdict with the stats of the combatants. Despite the fact that physical stats generally aren’t important in this debate, it’s still worth it to talk about how Golden Freddy (Cassidy/Andrew) and Needlem0use (Sarah) compare.
Starting with their own feats, there’s not much. Cassidy at her best is capable of performing feats worth 4.33 megajoules, which is equal to around 0.001 tons of TNT. Fairly impressive, but Sarah outmatches that. While Sarah’s attacks have peaked at 328.8 kilojoules, far lower than Cassidy, her durability has peaked at 0.003 tons of TNT. Her strength should scale to her durability, meaning her best scaling for physicality is above Cassidy’s. In terms of speed, Cassidy was able to attack at speeds of 197.4 m/s, very impressive for a barely functioning animatronic. Fittingly, Sarah’s individual speed feats dwarf this, at a huge 514.5 m/s (Mach 1.5). Going off just feats they themselves have performed, Cassidy is 3 times stronger while Sarah is 2.6 times faster.
However, when we compare the feats they can scale to, it gets much more interesting… Cassidy has a lot of characters she can scale to, same goes for Andrew in Frights. Scaling to the original four animatronics, Cassidy can scale to at best 973.68 kilojoules for strength and 20.8 m/s for speed. Overall less impressive than the feats she can perform on her own. The Glamrock animatronics allow Cassidy to scale to far higher than that, at 0.045 tons of TNT. At the pinnacle of Cassidy’s scaling, she can scale to the Twisted Ones capable of surviving explosions worth 2.1 tons of TNT! In terms of speed, William Afton being able to scale to the 1601.81 m/s (Mach 4.67) reaction speed of Pit Bonnie allows Cassidy to reach that swiftness as well, but even disregarding that ambiguous feat, a weaker version of Springtrap could traverse through vents at 415.03 m/s (Mach 1.21), which makes Cassidy slower but by so little. Cassidy overall scales to very strong and fast feats from other animatronics and agony-fueled entities, but what about Sarah? Scaling to Luther doesn’t give Sarah much, with his feats peaking at a measly 28.078 kilojoules, but that’s not the only thing she can scale to. Sarah taking the body of Classic Sonic allows her to scale to his feats and accomplishments through gameplay. Classic Sonic has done a variety of powerful strength feats, with his highest reaching 0.035 tons of TNT! His strength isn’t only limited to his attacking power though, as he’s been shown to push multiple sets of blocks weighing all together at a humongous 2.516.4 kilograms! Impressive, but unfortunately for Sarah, Cassidy scales to feats nearly 76 times greater than that - at 191,234.93 kilograms.
Overall, Sarah falls short in the stats department. She stands at exactly 60 times weaker and 3.1 times slower, ironic for a Sonic the Hedgehog poser. Cassidy is generally more impressive physically, meaning that she could even crush Sarah in her jaw! Seriously, it’s ridiculous that children’s establishment animatronics are that strong.
Fazbear Entertainment’s disregard for basic safety regulations give Golden Freddy the edge in Statistics!
Abilities
Cassidy and Sarah’s powers are what make them actual dangerous threats. Their wide variety of soul abilities, haxes, and overall capabilities make this an interesting debate. Let’s start with their basic soul powers.
Cassidy’s access to Remnant and Agony give her a ton of abilities to work with. Well, more so Agony than Remnant. Remnant isn’t actually that major of a factor here. It allows Cassidy’s soul to be attached to the Golden Freddy suit and gives minor healing for physical injuries, and a small weakness to high temperatures. That’s it, but Agony is a different case entirely. Agony gives Cassidy far greater immortality, being able to live solely as a spirit and forcefully attach herself to objects and even other souls. She can trap spirits in an alternate dimension of their own memories, and can even overpower other spirits entirely and leave them incapacitated. Cassidy’s hallucinations are her best power. They are the most potent hallucinations we see from any Agony user in the series, consistently affecting all of the victim’s senses and even making them go insane.
Sarah’s soul abilities primarily stem from the physiology of her spirit. She can change the appearance of her soul to grow sharp rows of teeth. Sarah’s soul is protected by her vessel, which she can manipulate in any way she wants and leave at any time. The Sonic vessel tanks all damage directed at Sarah and even heals her soul from damage taken. The regeneration has been strong enough to fix fractured skulls and outright mutilation. Through her vessel, Sarah can be protected by her ace in the hole; Atem. Atem can empower Sarah’s soul via empowering her vessel, beefing it up and increasing all of its capabilities. Sarah’s soul can get strengthened by intense willpower and emotion, and her soul can defy the influence of other spirits through enough willpower. It’s also been shown her soul can survive transmutation.
Both Cassidy and Sarah have relatively similar powers overall. They can fly, teleport, tamper with the minds of others, mess with others souls, manipulate technology, etcerta. Even so, Cassidy generally has BETTER versions of these similar powers. Let’s run through a list of all the ones they share and compare them;
Soul Manipulation: Agony allows Cassidy to have much more influence over other spirits and allows her soul to be far more survivable. Sarah has better regeneration but her authority over other spirits has been tested consistently and she overall shows less impressive showings of soul manipulation. Point goes to Cassidy.
Reality Warping: Will be discussed in the Domains section (spoiler alert: point goes to Cassidy)
Flight: Sarah has more freedom when flying, being shown to have full control over how she moves in the air. Cassidy in comparison has only been shown to launch forward. Point goes to Sarah.
Teleportation: Very similar showings for both, no notable advantage in one direction or the other. Point goes to Sarah.
Technology/Code Manipulation: Both have impressive showings of manipulating technology, but Cassidy has far more than Sarah. Spirits that Cassidy upscales can actively mess with electricity and all forms of technology. Cassidy herself even implemented these abilities into the animatronics of her domain, and it’s been shown she can outright bring game entities into her domain. Sarah in comparison has been able to make an originally technological world her own, but beyond that she lacks showings of tampering with technology. She scales to minor code manipulation but the code manipulation Luther was capable of pales in comparison to what Cassidy has done with Old Man Consequences. Point goes to Cassidy.
Mind/Dream Manipulation: Cassidy’s influence on the minds of others has been shown to be very potent. She was able to attack with her mind and force immense amounts of pain onto her victims. In the movie, the spirits were capable of attacking Mike in his dreams and talking to him directly. In comparison, Sarah’s only ever been able to cause headaches and migraines through appearing in Tom’s dreams. Point goes to Cassidy.
Possession/Vessels: Remnant allows Cassidy to possess the Golden Freddy suit and become tied to it. While she’s not fundamentally attached to it, and can actually get separated from it for a short while, she is attached to the suit and it’s how she interacts with the physical world. Sarah’s vessel in comparison is better, being fundamentally attached to her soul and actively protecting her from any form of attack. She can also detach from her vessel at any time despite it being fundamentally attached to her spirit. Point goes to Sarah.
When you run through all of their various abilities, it becomes apparent that Sarah is lacking in contrast to Cassidy. Her haxes are less potent, and have less showings of their capabilities. But, that doesn’t mean the advantages she does have are irrelevant.
Vessels in Needlem0use becoming directly tied to spirits inhabitants then opens up Sarah to gain a major advantage. Cassidy has been able to leave the Golden Freddy suit for a short while, but she’s all around still attached to the suit. Her Remnant is stuck with the Golden Freddy suit, but her Agony is not. Sarah can likely force Cassidy’s spirit into one of the various vessels she has access to, leaving her basically defenseless and unable to do anything. It is true that vessels can eventually gain autonomy with enough willpower, but this took over a decade for Luther to do. And if we assume Cassidy could do something similar to Kyle and have so much willpower she gains sentience immediately, that’s still Cassidy stuck in a physically weaker and slower body that is unable to leave Sarah’s domain. Trapping Cassidy in a vessel would effectively win Sarah the fight and put Cassidy out of commission. While this sounds great on paper, the road to get there would be a strenuous one for Sarah. She would not only have to use Atem to separate Cassidy from Golden Freddy, but also take care of any other spirits in the picture such as Crying Child. This is assuming she can do this before Cassidy incapacitates or straight up destroys Sarah and her soul. Given the speed gap, this is unlikely.
The aforementioned hallucinations would be a humongous problem for Sarah. Sarah’s mental state is bad enough as is, and with all the trauma she has? Hallucinations would damage her far more than they could to Ralph or Michael. Their ability to actively mess with your perception and feelings would destroy Sarah. Even just simply talking with Luther or losing to Kyle caused her to quickly lose her sanity. Cassidy’s hallucinations have been able to completely incapacitate people before, leaving them mindlessly cackling on the floor. Couple these hallucinations with Agony being able to use your worst memories against you, and Sarah is going to have a ROUGH time. Sarah’s control over her realm is tied to her mental state, and if she’s going through a downward spiral due to getting tortured by her worst memories, then her grip on reality is going to vanish fast. Sarah has no resistance to Cassidy’s extremely potent mind or perception manipulation.
Sarah’s abilities just don’t help her make progress in actually taking out Cassidy. Her fire manipulation can take care of Cassidy’s Remnant, but given it’s not actually that relevant to the debate that won’t help much. She could expose Cassidy’s soul if she destroyed Golden Freddy, but the stat difference and Cassidy’s ability to teleport makes it easy for her to prevent that from happening. Sarah can’t attack Cassidy’s mind as Cassidy can counter back and with much more ferocity. While Sarah’s soul regeneration is better, it doesn’t save her from being so vulnerable to Cassidy’s abilities. Golden Freddy’s physical advantage makes it likely that Cassidy can outright destroy Sarah’s vessel, which would make Atem unable to protect her and leave her wide open for Cassidy to just destroy her soul directly. Furthermore, if Cassidy gets access to Atem and destroys his soul, then Sarah has absolutely no chance of winning at that point. Atem doesn’t have any showings of durability beyond what other souls in the series have, so this is certainly possible for Cassidy to do.
You can argue that Sarah could simply just escape from the fight to regenerate, but this is unlikely to work. It’s implied that most of her power resides in her own realm, and given her soul is tied to her realm, it is extremely unlikely she could escape to another and take that one over before Cassidy catches up with her and ends the fight.
So overall, while they both have many similar powers, Cassidy outclasses Sarah’s in almost every way. Her hallucinations and Agony abilities would leave Sarah extremely vulnerable, and her stat advantage makes it easier for her to obliterate Sarah when her guard is down. Sarah’s poor mental state leaves her open to all of Cassidy’s abilities, and her own abilities fall flat compared to Cassidy’s.
Golden Freddy triumphs in the Abilities department!
Spirits
Tertiary factors are a fairly big factor in this matchup’s debate. Despite Cassidy and Sarah being the main spirits of their domains, there are others that accompany them. Cassidy is accompanied by the Crying Child, alongside spirits trapped within her purgatory. In Sarah’s end, she’s accompanied by Atem and Del, alongside her victims' souls. This is a pretty clear-cut advantage in Sarah’s favor.
Crying Child has been shown to assist Cassidy in her spirit shenanigans. This is consistently displayed in The Week Before, where he takes over Golden Freddy and reenacts The Big Bite onto Ralph. However, compared to what Atem provides for Sarah, that is nothing. Atem is the manifestation of all of Sarah’s negative emotions and trauma, her own sort of “Agony” if you will. He is the strongest entity in Needlem0use and is the reason Sarah has her powers in the first place. He can physically and spiritually amp her, protecting her soul and making her stronger. He is the actual god of Sarah’s world, still existing even after its destruction. Atem’s showings of power are far above that of the Crying Child’s. While Crying Child’s abilities are certainly impressive, he’s only been shown to add support to Cassidy’s powers. He’s added onto hallucinations and could communicate through the Security Logbook, but his actual showings of powers are limited. Compare this to Atem, who is directly responsible for Sarah’s abilities and overpowers every soul in the series with little issue.
Atem and Sarah’s souls are intrinsically linked together. They cannot be separated unless Sarah willingly lets go of her hatred and moves onto the afterlife. This applies to Cassidy and Crying Child to an extent, but they are explicitly separate spirits. In fact, it’s implied in Ultimate Custom Night that Cassidy has authority over Crying Child, given he takes the form of Nightmare Fredbear, creating power imbalance between the two. Atem’s connection to Sarah is stronger and allows them to work in tandem with each other more efficiently.
Their connection being so strong is the most important part. Atem has been shown to bypass the protection of vessels and attack the soul directly, mutilating Kyle’s soul and separating it from both the vessel and Del. Vessels in Needlem0use become fundamentally attached to the souls using them. Martin and Michael both took their vessels with them when they literally ascended to the afterlife, as did Luther. The only reason Sarah and Kyle didn’t is because they were already separated from their vessels by that point. While spirits are tied to the objects they possess in Five Nights at Freddy’s, they lack evidence that they can resist getting separated from other souls or even their vessels. Cassidy herself does straight up leave the suit in the second game to watch Afton get springlocked. There is little stopping Atem from separating Crying Child’s connection with Cassidy and attacking, or even killing, him directly. Atem can also destroy Cassidy’s connection to the Golden Freddy suit and therefore Remnant as well through this, which can even remove some of her Agony as well that was attached to the suit.
Furthermore, Atem can pose a major threat to Cassidy as well. While it’s unlikely they’d be able to interact normally, as Atem doesn’t get his hands dirty unless Sarah outright gives up, if they do interact it could be a major issue for Cassidy. Remnant has been shown to give people regenerative capabilities, this has never been shown to apply to spirits as well. Cassidy hasn’t shown spiritual regeneration on the same level as what Atem can dish out offensively. If it ever gets to a point where Cassidy lacks options, she can forcefully attach herself to Sarah’s soul and create a stalemate situation. But, with Atem in the picture, this wouldn’t work, as Cassidy would be immensely vulnerable to getting attacked and even destroyed beyond repair by Atem. Do note it’s unlikely that this situation would happen in the first place, as Cassidy has more than enough options to prevent it.
Atem as a whole is the real trump card for Sarah potentially taking the victory. His soul destruction, transmutation, and ability to actively separate spirits are all things that are dangerous for Cassidy. But Cassidy can deal with him fairly well. Destroying Sarah’s soul would render Atem completely defenseless from Cassidy. Atem is powerful but nothing he does or scales to power wise is above what Cassidy is capable of. Alongside that, if Sarah gets to a point where she doesn’t want to fight anymore and wants to move on, her and Atem will be split automatically. Really, anything bad that happens to Sarah will be bad for Atem retroactively, and Cassidy has more than enough ways to put Sarah out of commission.
Crying Child being able to force his memories onto others is useful, but Atem’s psychological manipulation is overall MORE useful. Completely destroying Luther’s resolve within a single conservation is more impressive than any form of mind manipulation Crying Child has showcased. Especially against a soul like Crying Child, a very sad and weak-willed one, it is very likely Atem can easily tear him down mentally and take him out of the picture. Atem did the same to Sarah for years and is the reason behind her horrible mental state as well.
There are other spirits to take into account for as well, but they’re not really relevant. The most notable of the bunch is Del. Del is Atem’s opposite and his purpose is to guide lost souls to a peaceful afterlife. This can actually be a problem for both Cassidy and Sarah, as it’s been shown that they’ve both eventually been convinced to let go and find peace, and once they do that; it’s game over. Del would be a problem for both combatants and would actively be a hindrance to their progress. However, he can’t contribute much to the fight unless he empowers a vessel, which Atem can easily dispatch. Sarah’s victims are all non-factors. Luther, Kyle, Martin, and Michael would all not fight with Sarah, but Atem can easily deal with all of them. It is possible Cassidy could influence and empower them as well though. Cassidy’s entrapped spirits don’t really do much. Jeremy, Charlie, and Ralph are all very limited in what they can do while under Cassidy’s influence. If anything, Ralph would be just like Del, a spirit trying to convince the combatants to let go and move on.
All-in-all, Cassidy certainly has potent spiritual allies on her side. Crying Child’s support can be a nice addition to Cassidy’s Agony hax and Ralph has the potential to end the fight through social influence. But ultimately, Atem’s capabilities are far above what any of Cassidy’s spirits have shown off. Del as well has better showings of convincing spirits to move on compared to Ralph, being the literal opposite to refusing to let go. Atem is overall the biggest problem for Cassidy in the debate, and his presence triumphs those of Crying Child and the other spirits Cassidy has on her side. The raw terror of Atem gives Needlem0use the Spirits category!
Domains
Last but not least, we have their own personal hells. Their control over their realms are a big part of their powersets, and it’s what gives them access to much of their arsenals.
Ultimate Custom Night is a vital showing of Cassidy’s power. It is an entirely self-made purgatory made from Cassidy’s Agony. It directly recreates all sorts of things from across the series and recreates them. Animatronics like Freddy or Jack-O Chica have new abilities. Animatronics as a whole have their own behaviors and stats specific to this realm, with some of them even entrapping spirits under Cassidy’s influence. Cassidy is omnipresent and knows ALL of what happens in her domain. She is described as “always watching” by the animatronics. Cassidy is capable of altering the pizzeria establishment made for the domain at will, creating different offices based off of different Freddy’s locations. Characters from video games like FNaF World are brought into this realm, and Cassidy was capable of creating entirely different storylines with their own day-and-night cycles. The scope of the realm is unclear, as we don’t see much of it beyond the office. It can be assumed that the realm is at least cosmic in scale, through the story cutscenes showing both daylight and sunset. There is most likely more empty space beyond the perimeters of the domain, indicated by the ending showing Cassidy twitching in a black void.
Sarah’s realm is perhaps even bigger than Cassidy’s. Although Sarah herself didn’t create the realm, she did get full control over it after possessing it and the realm’s formation is modified based on Sarah’s mental state. The more unstable Sarah is, the more unstable her world is. It’s shown that her realm sticks out to the stars, with an established starry night sky twinkling during nightfall of the domain. This would put her domain on a far wider scope compared to Cassidy’s, who at best would have a single star replicated in the domain. Sarah isn’t omnipresent in her realm, ironically enough, as her method of seeing what’s happening is through the vessels. It seems that she loses the borderline omnipresent eye on the vessels as they gain more sentience, as she was unaware of Luther’s rise against her until he confronted her face-to-face. Sarah has been shown to warp her world in any way she wants, but it’s not as controlled as Cassidy’s. Sarah is a very unstable person, so having reality warping powers dictated by mental state has led to a very… loose grip on her realm. Originally Sarah’s domain was linked to the Needlem0use disc, but by the end of the series it became its own thing - staying in-tact even after the disc was broken.
Cassidy has far more entities in her realm compared to Sarah’s. Ultimate Custom Night’s numbers dwarf Sarah’s. Fortunately for Sarah, the vast majority of these animatronics are not a threat to her at all. The lack of natural heat in her world renders all heat-based animatronics null (poor Jack-O Chica can’t even EXIST), the disconnection between the disc and the realm removes electricity-manipulating animatronics as a non-issue, and most of them have no way of dealing with Sarah’s powers. Somehow, Mr. Hippo could potentially be a gigantic problem for Sarah, as he locks his victims in a long monologue after he kills them. But this would require him to kill Sarah first, which isn’t happening. The feats performed by these animatronics are far lower than what Sarah has performed, meaning she can dispatch them through raw physical strength with relative ease. Her fire manipulation could also wipe most of them out. Though these animatronics are still far more useful to Cassidy than the actively rebellious vessels of Sarah’s realm.
In spite of this, Cassidy being able to recreate anything in her realm means Sarah cannot get rid of the animatronics for good. Death is irrelevant in Cassidy’s domain, so the animatronics would all take a note from Springtrap and be endlessly recreated by Cassidy. There is an important question to answer though; could Cassidy challenge Sarah’s domain. The answer is a very probable yes. Not only has Sarah’s authority been challenged before, multiple times, but Cassidy’s spirit is more than powerful enough to create problems for Sarah. Cassidy has far more control over her realm and it’s much more stable, and attempts at disrupting it have been explicitly negated. While it is different in Frights, being a never ending coma and all, Andrew was able to completely shut down the attempts at ending the nightmare and stopping his domain in Afton’s head. Sarah’s deteriorated mental state would lead to her grip on it being unstable, also giving more opportunity for Cassidy to challenge it.
Ending it off, this is the closest category thus far. Sarah’s domain has a major size advantage, with overall more impressive feats of reality warping. However, Cassidy’s far more stable control over her realm alongside the significantly more useful assets it brings to Cassidy makes her domain more beneficial in comparison. Sarah’s mental state and the fact that her realm has been challenged consistently in her series give Cassidy leeway to oppose it on a much grander scale than what Luther or Kyle were capable of doing.
In a close match, Golden Freddy takes the Domains category!
Conclusion
Golden Freddy
This ends… for all of us - Henry Emily
Advantages
Stronger physically.
Faster.
Far better abilities overall.
Has many ways to incapacitate Sarah or leave her vulnerable.
Sarah has no efficient way to counter Agony.
More control of their powers, better domain control.
Very unlikely to be put in a position where Sarah could pose a major threat to her.
Numbers advantage…
FNaF Lore is really fun to talk about…
Neutral
Roughly equal experience.
Similar chances to be convinced to let go and move onto the afterlife.
Disadvantages
No resistance to sealing.
Can be left vulnerable if Atem manages to split Cassidy off and attack her while she’s all alone.
Domain is smaller.
Less direct protection if their spirits do get exposed. Lack of regeneration.
…but the animatronics are borderline non-factors.
…but it’s also ass to talk about because this entire series is retcon convolution city.
Has a whole album based on slandering her because Andrew is the vengeful spirit yeah
Needlem0use
In the end, was it worth it? It’s time to go - Kyle Henderson
Advantages
Vessel can protect her soul from attacks.
Better regeneration.
Bigger domain.
Atem would prevent her from getting outright overpowered and power nulled.
Can easily deal with outside interference from the Ultimate Custom Night roster.
Can potentially seal Cassidy’s soul…
Fire manipulation can deal with Remnant…
Atem poses a massive threat…
Atem can protect her…
Series is easily digestible and not convoluted as fuck…
Neutral
Roughly equal experience.
Similar chances to be convinced to let go and move onto the afterlife.
Disadvantages
Physically weaker.
Slower.
Far worse hax overall.
Unstable mental state leaves her incredibly vulnerable to hallucinations and mind manipulation.
Less control over her abilities and domain.
Has no way to efficiently deal with Agony.
Fundamental connection with Atem makes him vulnerable.
Much of her abilities are tied to her domain, and she is far less powerful outside of it.
…but Cassidy would never be put in a position for Sarah to pull this off.
…but Remnant is irrelevant anyway.
…but Cassidy can both deal with Atem and avoid him. She’s incredibly reliant on him.
…but their connection with each other puts him at risk, and he can’t protect her if her vessel is destroyed.
…but it got deleted😭
This was a very interesting matchup. These combatants have very unorthodox and abstract scaling with the main crux of the debate coming down to how their verses interact with each other and whose soul abilities were better than the other. Sarah’s powers are certainly impressive and she does have the advantage in specific areas, but Cassidy’s powers gave her a clear edge overall. Unfortunately for Sarah, her trauma has put her in a very poor mental position to deal with Cassidy's mental tomfoolery. Cassidy simply has more ways to end the fight and has easier ways to pull it off too, in comparison to Sarah who is reliant on a separate entity and will struggle to get in the positions necessary to achieve victory over Cassidy. Sarah is just one of the many lost spirits taken out by The One That You Should Not Have Killed.
Sarah pulled up to this fight thinking she struck gold, but it seems she walked into her EXEcution…
The winner is… Golden Freddy.

Author's Notes!!!
Valve
Hi guys, I did not much work on this but I was very happy to still be a part on this blog. It was meant to drop on Halloween, but didn’t, so I hope you guys are still supportive of it as a Halloween matchup. This matchup always stuck out to me– namely the idea of Sarah having to physically deal with a bunch of animatronics appearing and attempting to jumpscare– and I especially loved the idea of a FNaF episode talking about its tragic elements way more than William Afton’s appearance. I hope you guys liked this blog as much as I liked working on it ♥️
Also RockstarMCI on top. Trust!
Derpy
Yo. This blog was a ton of fun to work on, probably the most fun I’ve had on a blog yet. Most people who know me know that this matchup means a lot to me and I think we all did it justice with this blog. Being completely honest half the fun was just discussing FNaF lore lol. Badtime and I yapped for 4 hours straight in VC about FNaF lore instead of reading another FNaF blog like we were supposed to💀Very strange experience, but it was a lot of fun, and I hope ya’ll enjoyed reading!
Support the TeenagersDCI meta btw.
Badtime
Um hi chat!!!! When I thought of doing a blog for FNaF, this was the first thought I had since Derpy had really, really REALLY liked it, and the other option was basically an Afton blog which… we have WAYYYYYY too much off, so it’s nice to have variety for FNaF blogs every now and then eh? There are definitely things that I wanted to add but unfortunately didn’t have the time to, but I hope what has been added to the blog is satisfactory enough to the reader, and at least agreeable enough. Unfortunately with a series such as FNaF, it is way, WAY too ambiguous and not everyone is going to agree on every detail, in fact we didn’t really agree with each other on certain bits of lore at times. For example, I think the Golden Freddy kid in Happiest Day is actually Afton’s kid rather than Cassidy, but FNaF Fan thinks it’s Cassidy. Additionally, I think FNaF 3 takes place in 2015, but Derpy takes place in 2023. We all have our disagreements, but we try to push through them to understand the story better since we’re probably never going to get clear answers at this point LMAO.
But with that, yeah that’s for reading if you got this far, this was definitely an enjoyable experience and I would love to make another FNaF blog whenever I actually read all the books, as I actually never got to read all the books that I had wanted, but I HAVE read most of Frights and the Stitchline Stingers so the Andrew information wasn’t an asspull!!!! I genuinely think that Cassidy is the Vengeful Spirit based on the information given to us by UCN itself, and the evidence that Frights gives us to suggest that it isn’t apart of the main timeline but it’s fine to disagree as Andrew does have a bunch of evidence that points it towards him, regardless of if Frights is canon or not, as long as it doesn’t get too toxic. One more thing I do wanna mention is one of the calcing methods used consistently in the blog, which relates to angsizing. If any of the calcers read some of the calcs carefully enough, you’ll realize that instead of the basic 70 deg, I used 34.86 degrees, but that is due to this research done by a close friend of mine but just to note the 17 degrees thing was changed to 34.86 degrees. It could be wrong but at the time of the blog I found it to be correct so I used it in my calcs, but regardless I don’t believe it changes much to the debate, it is worth mentioning.
But yeah, thanks so much for reading the blog, and I hope you have a great day, week, month, year and rest of your lives! Can’t wait to see you guys in the next blog I mainly work on which was hinted at somewhere around here, can you figure out what reference that blog is?
FNaF-Fan
An author's note huh? Well I will say this result was unexpected. However, look at my name, do you think I'm upset about this outcome? Welp this was fun to work on! The upsides are that I got to talk about FNAF, the downsides or that I had to talk about FNAF (why is this story so complicated?! 10 years of experience with it and I still don't fully understand). I hope you had fun reading this blog! Happy (late) Halloween and until next time!
